Imagine Dragons opened their Canadian tour at Victoria’s Save-on-Foods Memorial Arena on April 10, 2022.

Imagine Dragons kicked off their Canadian leg of the Mercury World Tour In Victoria on Sunday night.

Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre hosted the nearly sold out audience of 6,000 after two very long years of this pandemic. A first concert for many kids in the audience, and a first show after a long live music dry spell for many others. The band delivered a huge show with a two-hour set, featuring the massive energy of frontman Dan Reynolds doing laps around the stadium sized stage and more confetti than your shop vac can handle.

With authentic, touching and unifying messages between the songs and embedded into the music throughout the show, it was plenty of long-awaited collective joy to warm the pandemic soul.
